Why we built this
We studied how the world's best athletes are cared for. Then we built it for everyone.
Elite sports organizations don't leave athlete health to chance. They have integrated teams — sports medicine physicians, strength coaches, nutritionists, mental performance staff — all sharing data and coordinating care in real time. That model works. The outcomes speak for themselves.
The problem is access. Those systems have never been available outside the world's most resourced programs. Everyone else — college programs, professional teams, private clinics, individual practitioners — is stitching together wearables, spreadsheets, and disconnected apps and hoping nothing falls through the gaps.
Rivalists changes that. We built the platform that brings the integrated care model to every sports medicine provider — with AI that connects the signals, surfaces the insights, and puts providers in a position to act before injuries happen.
