Rivalists restricts access to users under 13 or younger persons in their jurisdiction without parental consent. Users cannot access the service if legally barred or previously suspended.

Connection to Rivalists requires “Authorized Connections” including official mobile apps, software, or approved third-party applications. Unauthorized connections may result in immediate service termination. Questions about authorized applications should be directed to support@rivalists.com.

Users must review Rivalists' Privacy Policy regarding data collection, use, and disclosure. Accessing Rivalists constitutes agreement to information handling practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Users retain rights to content they upload (“Your Content”). By posting, users grant Rivalists a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute Your Content.

Users warrant they own necessary rights and that content doesn't infringe third-party intellectual property. Users cannot post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or objectionable content. Rivalists reserves removal rights for violating content.

Rivalists content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users cannot copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Rivalists or its content without our express written permission.

Rivalists respects intellectual property rights. Infringement claims should include: (a) description of copyrighted work, (b) location of alleged infringing material, (c) contact information, (d) good faith belief statement, and (e) perjury statement confirming accuracy.

Rivalists is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Rivalists provides tools but does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Users should consult qualified professionals before using Rivalists.

In no event shall Rivalists or its affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Rivalists.

Total liability cannot exceed amounts paid by users during the six months preceding the claim.

Rivalists reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time for any reason. Termination eliminates all use and access rights.
